What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development

Continuing Professional Development is the name given to activities that a professional completes to stay up to date and improve their skills

Many different professionals have to participate in mandatory CPD to maintain their licences including architects, surveyors, accountants, doctors and solicitors

Builders in NSW and Tasmania need to participate in compulsory CPD and Victoria has a voluntary scheme, however, all builders can benefit from regularly updating their industry knowledge and skills

It is expected that builders in other States / Territories will need to complete compulsory CPD activities in the near future.
