What do I do if my CD ROM will not work?
If the problem occurs when you are trying to play the CD in your computer - Go to My Computer and double click on the CD icon.
If the problem occurs when you are trying to play the CD in your car please email info@broadcastbuilder.com.au or call 1300 835 9090 and we will assist you.
How do I listen to Broadcast Builder on my MP3 player?
Place the CD in your computer and select the 'Download to MP3 Player' Option
If you are trying to download the program online, right click the file and save it to your itunes library.

Who listens to Broadcast Builder?
Broadcast Builder is designed for residential builders throughout Australia.
The majority of our participants are from Victoria, NSW and Tasmania because builders in these States must participate in Continuing Professional Development. See our CPD page for further information about CPD and the specific requirements for builders in each State and Territory.
It is also used by building and construction employees, students, architects and designers.
Is Broadcast Builder a CD that advertises Building products?
Broadcast Builder is sponsored and we do promote the products and services of our sponsors.
However, the majority of our content is presented in best practice discussions and news bulletins that are designed to help builders to stay up to date with construction news, trends and standards.

How do I receive a Prize?
1. Listen to the current program

Does Broadcast Builder keep a record of my CPD points?
Yes. Broadcast Builder will keep records of the CPD points that you are eligible to receive when you complete our program.
We do not pass these records onto your licensing authority unless it is requested as part of an audit of your records or our records. You must keep your certificates in a safe place and make a note of each edition that you complete in your CPD diary.
